Based on Decision brought by the Commercial Court in Pazin No Tt-15/5651-2 of 23.10.2015 the following changes of business activities have been registered – activities of the Company, decrease of Equity Capital and changes of Provisions of ULJANIK d.d. Articles of Incorporation.
After registration of Equity Capital decrease, the aforesaid Company capital amounts to 100,687,500.00 HRK and same is divided to 3,356,250 shares, each having nominal value of 30.00 HRK.
