Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that on 27th October 2015 the sessions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. were held and the Financial statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA d.d. (non – consolidated) for the period 1st January to 30th September 2015 were adopted.
