Decision of Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ("CFSSA") from 16 October 2015, Class: UP/I-976-02/15-01/09 Reg: 326-01-770-772-15-8, approved the single prospectus ("Prospectus") relating to the inclusion of 1,533,345 ordinary shares with no par value, registered with the Central Clearing Depositary Company Inc., Zagreb, Heinzelova 63a ("CCDC") under the temporary ticker TPNG-R-B and carries the ISIN HRTPNGRB0009 ("New Shares" ) on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 84368186611 ("ZSE").
Issuer hereby informs that the Prospectus is published in electronic form on 19 October 2015, and can be found on the website of the Company: http://www.tng.hr/media/files/obrasci/TNG%20PROSPEKT%20SPO.pdf where is available to the public with the option to save and print.
Issuer applied for the listing of New shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 19 October 2015, and expects that the trading of shares will commence on the basis of a special decision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, which is expected by 30 October 2015.
