ZAGREB, June 3
(Hina) - A conclusion on cooperation with Bosnia and
Herzegovina (BiH) in offering legal assistance in criminal
proceedings, adopted by the Croatian government on Wednesday
completely rejects claims made in certain judicial acts that BiH sent
to Croatia, adding that it would not accept or act on
politically-motivated indictments forwarded from Bosnia to its western
neighbour.
