BELGRADE, June 2
(Hina) - The Belgrade-based appellate court has
ruled in favour of transferring the case of Croatian Veljko Maric, who
is currently serving a 12-year prison term in Serbia for a war crime
committed in Croatia, to the Croatian judiciary, and the time and
technical details of Maric's transfer will be hammered out by the
relevant ministries of the two countries, Maric's lawyer in Belgrade,
Djordje Dozet told Hina on Tuesday.
