THE HAGUE, Feb 3
(Hina) - Both Croatia and Serbia accept the
judgement by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that neither the
Serb forces committed genocide against the Croats in the 1991-1995 war
nor was genocide committed during Croatia's Operation Storm, when the
country retook areas controlled by rebel Serbs, with Croatian Justice
Minister Orsat Miljenic saying that the verdict confirmed what Zagreb
has been claiming: "Croatia was exposed to aggression launched by the
JNA (Jugoslav People's Army) and the Serb forces commanded by
Serbia."
