ZAGREB, Feb 3
(Hina) - The International Court of Justice (ICJ) on
Tuesday found that the crimes that were undoubtedly committed against
the Croat population by Serb forces and the Yugoslav People's Army
(JNA) were not motivated by genocidal intent, ruling that therefore
genocide was not committed against the Croat people and dismissing
Croatia's genocide lawsuit against Serbia.
