ZAGREB, Jan 29
(Hina) - The government on Monday approved a
recommendation by the State Prosecutor's Office that the Republic of
Croatia reach a settlement with the Autocesta Zagreb - Macelj (AZM)
motorway operator whereby it would recognise a liability of HRK 69
million to be paid to the AZM by 31 January 2015, while the AZM would
at the same time pay the Croatian state 7.2 million euros.
