ZAGREB, Jan 19
(Hina) - An association of citizens dubbed
"Blokirani" whose accounts have been frozen due to overdue debts on
Monday accused the government of continuing its discriminatory model
of running the state and that its latest measures were in violation of
the Constitution as the "agreement to alleviate financial
difficulties" had been signed only with the cities of Split, Osijek,
Rijeka and Zagreb while other cities and municipalities have been
excluded from the agreement to cushion the problems faced by
overindebted citizens.
