ZAGREB, Dec 6
(Hina) - The Zagreb-based civil society association
"Documenta" and two Montenegrin NGOs on Saturday called on the
prosecutorial authorities in Podgorica to inform the public whether
they have already started prosecuting or whether they plan to
prosecute Montenegrin nationals who participated in war crimes which
the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) committed during the siege of the
southernmost Croatian city of Dubrovnik in 1991 and 1992.
