ZAGREB, Nov 27
(Hina) - The provisional release of Serbian Radical
Party leader Vojislav Seselj for humanitarian reasons has seriously
undermined the reputation of the Hague war crimes tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and for Seselj's victims it would be much
more humane if he was returned to the ICTY detention unit or prison
hospital, the Documenta Centre for Dealing with the Past and the Civic
Committee for Human Rights said in a joint open letter on Thursday.
