ZAGREB, Nov 5
(Hina) - Responding to accusations from the German
judge in charge of the trial of former Yugoslav and Croatian
intelligence officials Zdravko Mustac and Josip Perkovic that Croatian
authorities are not forwarding German summons to witnesses in Croatia,
the Croatian Justice Ministry said on Wednesday that it had received
only four such requests, one of which was granted, while for the other
three replies were being awaited from the competent local courts.
