ZAGREB, Nov 4
(Hina) - The trial of Yugoslav-era Croatian
intelligence officials Josip Perkovic and Zdravko Mustac, charged with
complicity in the murder of dissident Stjepan Djurekovic, resumed
before the Higher Regional Court in Munich on Tuesday with testimonies
by a doctor and a police officer who were the first to arrive at the
scene of Djurekovic's assassination in Wolfratshausen in 1983, and
with a statement from the panel of judges about their concern at the
fact that so far only one of the summoned witnesses from Croatia
confirmed his arrival at the trial.
