ZAGREB, Oct 26
(Hina) - EU member-countries in 2013 issued 2.36
million residence permits to nationals of non-EU member-countries,
12.5% more than in 2012, mostly to nationals of Ukraine, India, the
United States and China, the European Commission said on Wednesday
adding that Croatia, the EU newcomer, issued 3,320 residence permits,
and most of the permits were issued to nationals of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia.
