(Hina) - Police and prosecutors in the Croatian
coastal city of Pula have confirmed that they are conducting
preliminary inquiries into allegations made by Germany businessman
Georg List who has accused Istrian Democratic Party (IDS) leaders of
trying to extort kickbacks from him in return for greenlighting his
polo project in the Istrian town of Motovun.
