ZAGREB, June 30
(Hina) - Members of the European Parliament Tonino
Picula of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Davor Ivo Stier of the
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), whom President Ivo Josipovic
decorated on Monday on the occasion of the first anniversary of
Croatia's European Union membership, said Croatia had benefited from
the accession but that it could have been used better.
