ZAGREB, July 20
(Hina) - Croatian Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic
said in an interview with Media Servis that due to financial
difficulties, the reorganisation of the judiciary would be late,
adding however that all planned amendments to the legislation,
including new regulations on personal bankruptcy and confiscation of
property gained illegally, would be adopted by the end of this
government's term.
