ZAGREB, July 16
(Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic on
Wednesday welcomed the final ruling of the European Court of Human
Rights under which Slovenia and Ljubljanska Banka were responsible for
debts owed to applicants by the Ljubljanska Banka Sarajevo and
consequently Slovenia has to make all the necessary arrangements,
including legislative amendments, within one year in order to allow
the applicants as well as all others in their position to recover
their 'old' foreign-currency savings under the same conditions.
