BRUSSELS, July 16
(Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic
said in Brussels on Wednesday that the final ruling of the European
Court of Human Rights (ECHR) under which Slovenia and Ljubljanska
Banka were responsible for the debts owed to the applicants by the
Ljubljanska Banka was just and that it also covered the transferred
savings of Croatian clients of that lender.
