ZAGREB, April 3
(Hina) - The Initiative for the Defence of a
Croatian Vukovar said on Thursday that a referendum on bilingualism,
for which it had collected signatures, was not unconstitutional,
unlawful or contrary to European Union positions, but a completely
lawful initiative within Croatia's jurisdiction.
