ZAGREB, March 10
(Hina) - Human Rights Ombudswoman Lora Vidovic has
voiced opposition to a referendum on the official use of ethnic
minorities' languages and scripts because she believes that its
possible organisation and amendment of the Constitutional Law on the
Rights of the Ethnic Minorities would constitute unacceptable
restriction of ethnic minorities' rights.
