ZAGREB, Feb 14
(Hina) - The president of the Croatian Supreme Court
has turned down as unfounded the request by the former Prime Minister
and leader of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party, Ivo Sanader,
to exclude from his trial in the Fimi Media case Zagreb County Court
president Ivan Turudic, who is to decide by Monday on Sanader's
request for the exclusion of Judge Ivana Calic, in charge of the Fimi
Media case.
