(Hina) - The Franak association has called on banks in
Croatia to bring their methods for determining parameters for the
variable part of interest rates on loans in line with the Contractual
Relations Act and have them agreed on with their clients instead of
determining them on their own, otherwise the association will take
legal steps to stop the banks' illegal operations.
