(Hina) - Anto Nobilo, attorney for former Yugoslav
and Croatian intelligence chief Josip Perkovic, on Wednesday filed a
complaint with the Constitutional Court asking it to quash rulings on
the extradition of his client to Germany and to stay his extradition
until its final ruling on the case, otherwise the complaint would lose
its purpose.
