ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a, (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that Mr. Borislav Centner has been reappointed as the member of the Management Board of the Bank, with the term of office from August 01, 2019 until July 31, 2022.
For the afore-mentioned appointment the prior approval of the Croatian National Bank has been obtained.
