ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that the term of office of members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank Mr Franz Kerber, Mr Sava Ivanov Dalbokov and Ms Renate Veronika Ferlitz ended.
On July 10, 2019 the decisions of the Croatian National Bank on granting prior approval to Mr Georg Bucher, Mr Ingo Bleier and Ms Walburga Seidl for performing the function of the Supervisory Board’s members have been received.
The term of office of the elected Supervisory Board’s members shall last from the day of receipt of the prior approval of the Croatian National Bank for performing Supervisory Board’s members function until March 1, 2022.
