Pursuant to the relevant regulation on public disclosure of price sensitive information, Sunce koncern d.d., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb („Sunce”, the “Company” or the “Group“), hereby announces that in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company, it received a decision on the revocation and appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company by ERSTE d.o.o. - mandatory and voluntary pension fund management company.
Namely, in line with the amendments to the Mandatory Pension Funds Act (Official Gazette, No. 115/18), ERSTE d.o.o. - mandatory and voluntary pension fund management company, revoked its employee, Mr Ivan Augustin, residing in Zagreb, Huga Ehrlicha 11, from the Supervisory Board of the Company on June 30, 2019, and at the same time appointed Mr. Ratomir Ivičić, residing in Zagreb, Bartolići 45, for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company from July 1, 2019 to June 13, 2021.
Mr. Ratomir Ivičić, born in 1958, has many years of experience in the tourism sector, where he has performed a number of important functions, including Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (2013-2014) and Director of the Croatian Tourist Board (2014-2017).
