ULJANIK d.d., Pula (the Company) as the Issuer was informed on 3rd April 2019 by Hrvatsko mirovinsko investicijsko društvo d.o.o. (the Croatian Pension Investment Company Ltd.; HMID) for managing alternative investment funds in the name and on behalf of shareholder Kapital fond d.d. of closed alternative investment fund with private offers, Zagreb on changes in the percentage of voting rights under 5% and which Notice was submitted to the Company as per Article 482, 485 item 2 and Article 487 of the Capital Market Act.
As per information received from HMID, on 27.03.2019 on the Zagreb Stock Exchange 222,222 shares of the Issuer having mark ULJN were sold, by which Kapital Fond d.d. dropped under the level of 5% of the voting rights, and after the subject transaction Kapital Fond d.d. no longer has any shares or voting rights in the company ULJANIK d.d., Pula.
The notification from HMID on Kapital Fond d.d. falling below the voting rights level in accordance with the provisions of Article 472 of the Capital Market Act is included in the attachment.
