On 1th April 2019 in Company’s Headquarter the Notice of Termination of the Shipbuilding Contract for one Livestock Carrier of abt. 28,000 m2 net pen area – Uljanik’s Hull 526, entered between ULJANIK d.d. and LIVESTOCK TRANSPORT & TRADING CO. K.S.C. was received. The Contract has been rescinded due to inability of ULJANIK d.d. to deliver the vessel in accordance with stipulations of the Shipbuilding Contract.
The Buyer is willing to negotiate the terms of the new Contract and complete the vessel at Uljanik. In this relation, a communications between the Buyer and Uljanik are ongoing.
