ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - Zeljko Kerum of the Croatian Civic Party, one of the two contenders in Sunday's local election runoff in Split, said after Andro Krstulovic Opara of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) was declared the winner with a two-percentage-point margin, that he would ask that ballots be counted again due to around 11% of invalid ballots and that the election be repeated.
