ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - Slightly fewer than 390,000 voters, or 14.8% of the electorate, cast their ballots in Croatia's local runoff election by noon on Sunday, approximately one percent more than in the first election round two weeks ago, the State Electoral Commission (DIP) said.
