Zagrebački holding d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 41, HR-10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia ("Issuer"), hereby submits the notification that it has, further to the Invitation to Investors to Subscribe to the First Tranche of the Notes (which was published on its Internet site on 8 July 2016), published on its Internet site (http://www.zgh.hr/aktualnosti-10/investitori/2370) on 13 July 2016, the Notice that Indicative yield to maturity of the First Tranche of Bonds has been updated on 4.4% area (+/- 5bps) with a remark that the right to close the orderbook earlier on 13 July 2016, in the Subscription Period for the First Tranche of Bonds, is retained.
This notification is not and may not be deemed as an offer to purchase the Notes, nor as an advice or recommendation for trading with any existing or future security instrument of the Issuer.
