VARAZDIN, April 16
(Hina) - The Varazdin County Court on Wednesday
received a Supreme Court ruling dismissing appeals filed by former
Yugoslav intelligence chief Zdravko Mustac and the prosecution against
the Varazdin County Court's decision approving Mustac's extradition to
Germany where he is wanted on charges of aiding and abetting the
murder of Yugoslav-era Croat dissident Stjepan Djurekovic outside
Munich in 1983.
