THE HAGUE, March 20
(Hina) - Croatia's legal team asked the
International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Thursday to lower the high
standard for proving genocide so that Serbia does not avoid
accountability for genocide in Croatia, as it did in Bosnia and
Herzegovina (BiH) after the ICJ ruled that Belgrade was not
responsible for the genocide in Srebrenica.
