ZAGREB, April 15
(Hina) - The Croatian Supreme Court has turned down
appeals by former Yugoslav intelligence chief Zdravko Mustac and the
prosecution in a case in which the Varazdin County Court approved
Mustac's extradition to Germany for his involvement in the 1983 murder
of Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic, and the Varazdin court must
order his transfer without delay.
