BELGRADE, April 2
(Hina) - Serbian mobster Sreten Jocic aka Joca
Amsterdam was acquitted on Wednesday by the Special Court in Belgrade
of murdering the editor and owner of Croatian weekly Nacional, Ivo
Pukanic, and his associate Niko Franjic, in Zagreb on 28 October 2008,
while second defendant Zeljko Milovanovic, the immediate executor of
the murder, was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
