Serbian team member deems case before ICJ trial of Tudjman

BELGRADE, March 4 (Hina) - A member of Serbia's legal team in Belgrade's genocide countersuit against Croatia before the International Court of Justice, British legal expert William Schabas, has said that the ongoing trial before that UN court in The Hague can be treated as a trial against (Franjo) Tudjman, the first Croatian president, and that Serbia had a strong foothold in Tudjman's "provocative, racist statements" for its counter-suit.
