ZAGREB, April 1
(Hina) - The defence for former Croatian prime
minister and former president of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ)
Ivo Sanader said on Tuesday that raising an indictment against the
Hungarian MOL company's CEO, Zsolt Hernadi, at the time when the
Supreme Court was considering an appeal against the verdicts in the
cases Hypo and INA-MOL represented pressure on the court, namely that
the state prosecutor's office was "muscle-flexing".
