ZAGREB, March 10
(Hina) - Croatia's legislative framework pertaining
to the status of victims and witnesses in court proceedings is good
and embraces European standards, however, the implementation of those
laws and the number of educated professionals in this sector as well
as funds for this purpose are below European standards, it was said at
a round table discussion at the Justice Ministry in Zagreb on Monday.
