ZAGREB, March 30
(Hina) - The Supreme Court will be dealing on
Monday with the first verdict against former Prime Minister Ivo
Sanader which sentenced him to ten years' imprisonment for war
profiteering in the Hypo bank case and for accepting a kickback from
the Hungarian oil and gas group MOL in exchange for ceding management
rights over the Croatian oil and gas company INA.
