(Hina) - The Jewish Community of Zagreb (ZOZ)
considers that the referendum question, "Do you agree that marriage
should be defined in the Constitution as a union between a man and a
woman," encroaches on minority rights and that such a provision does
not belong in the Constitution because it contravenes Article 3 of the
Constitution, the ZOZ said in a press release on Friday.
