(Hina) - Human Rights Ombudswoman Lora Vidovic and
Gender Equality Ombudswoman Visnja Ljubicic say that the proposed
referendum question on the constitutional definition of marriage, "Do
you agree that the Constitution should include a provision saying that
marriage is a union between a man and a woman?", is in contravention
of the Constitution because it puts extramarital and same-sex unions
at a disadvantage.
