(Hina) - Member of the European Parliament Nikola
Vuljanovic of the Croatian Labour Party has asked the European
Commission to say whether or not a referendum in Croatia relating to
the rights of sexual and gender minorities is in line with the
Constitution, saying that such a referendum would be undemocratic and
aimed at disguising the real problem in the country.
