One minute on the phone throughout Croatia between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
now costs 23 lipa minus Value Added Tax, but is 50 percent cheaper
between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., on Sunday and holiday. This applies for
calls within Croatia, calls on mobile network numbers, and the use
of the Internet.
As regards the Internet, the HT says prices will have to change
accordingly for Hinet, HT's Internet provider, as well as other
providers relying on HT's fixed telephony.
The new rates have made the subscription fee identical for all,
namely 60 kuna a month. This does not include even one minute of
telephoning. Another new aspect is a detailed list of all phone
calls which subscribers will get with the monthly bill.
As of today, the new accounting unit is one minute, or 15 seconds for
calls on mobile phone numbers. This means that in national calls
subscribers will pay the same price for a call that lasted only a few
seconds and one that was one minute long.
