Consequently, traders in Europe have seen little merit in adding significantly to existing commitments. Moreover, seasonal influences are now said to be tempering sentiment. In Eastern Europe, the markets continued to present a rather dull appearance and enquiry generally was of a price testing nature. 191157 MET dec 97
