The market will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday and reopens on Tuesday, April 1. Traders said business was confined mostly to book squaring ahead of the Easter break. Soft oils closed with soy oil unchanged to 0.50 guilders up following opening gains in Chicago. Apr soy oil traded at 99 and May/Jul at 100 guilders a 100 kilos fob ex-mill. Rape oil sellers were unchanged to 0.50 guilders down after Apr traded at 100 guilders. Palm oil closed with unchanged sellers and no further business reported. Among products RBD palm oil was $2.50 higher and olein $5 to $7.50 up. Coconut finished $2.50 down to $5 up after Feb/Mar and Mar/Apr traded at $730, while $725 and $722.50 was paid for Apr/May and $720 for May/Jun. Palmkernel oil closed unchanged to $7.50 up.
