SARAJEVO, Aug 28
(Hina) - The Constitutional Court of the Federation
of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday ruled that the session of the
Federation Parliament's House of Representatives on 26 June at which
the lower house's leadership was replaced, was called contrary to the
rule book, thus overturning the election of the new chairman and his
deputy from the ranks of the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) and
the Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SDP BiH).
