(Hina) - The civil society association Potrosac
(Consumer) has been given 60 days to explain the collective interest
in the lawsuit it brought against eight banks for denominating their
loans in the Swiss franc and for unilaterally changing the interest
rate, the Zagreb Commercial Court decided on Wednesday after holding
the first pre-trial hearing in the case.
