ZAGREB, June 13
(Hina) - The Croatian High Commercial Court and the
High Commercial Court of the Russian Federation are faced with similar
problems: they are both swamped with cases, and because of that and
because of the development of the business sector in Russia, Croatia
and Europe, it is important to maintain contacts, cooperation and
exchange of experience in methods for solving the cases, the
presidents of the Croatian and Russian Commercial Courts, Mario
Vukelic and Anton Ivanov respectively, said in Zagreb on Wednesday.
