BRUSSELS, June 26
(Hina) - During their meeting in Luxembourg on
Tuesday, the European Union's member-states foreign ministers
recommended the opening of the accession negotiations with Montenegro,
and this recommendation should be adopted by a summit meeting of the
EU heads of state or governments, who will meet in Brussels towards
the end of this week.
